• Rental property information (Renters Insurance): rental address, landlord details, and property description.

• Payment information: credit/debit card details and billing address, processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.

• Communications: records of your interactions with us via email, phone, chat, or our contact forms, including customer service inquiries, claims submissions, and referral program participation.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and click paths.

• Device identifiers: device type, unique device IDs, and mobile network information when you use our app.

• Veterinary clinics and pet registries (for claims verification and underwriting).

• Insurance support organizations and regulatory databases.

• Application stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) for in-app purchase processing.

• Issue, administer, renew, and service your insurance policy (pet or renters).

• Process, evaluate, and pay insurance claims.

• Verify eligibility and underwrite coverage, including veterinary exam requirements for pet policies.

• Process payments and manage your account, including automatic monthly billing as authorized.

• Send policy documents, renewal notices, premium change notifications, and coverage updates.

• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support (Mon–Fri 9am–7pm EST, Sat 10am–2pm EST).

• Operate and improve our referral program.

• Detect and prevent fraud, misrepresentation, and unauthorized access.

• Improve our products, websites, and app through analytics.

• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under applicable federal and state insurance laws.

• Send promotional and marketing communications where you have opted in. You may opt out at any time.

We may contact you via email, phone, text message, or postal mail to: notify you about your account or policy; send renewal notices and premium updates; troubleshoot problems with your account; resolve disputes; collect fees or premiums owed; send surveys or service feedback requests; or as otherwise required to enforce our agreements or comply with applicable law.
